Description

The AGM PVS-14 ECHO is a monocular night vision goggle at the absolute top of the market, equipped with a Photonis ECHO Autogated picture tube in Green Phosphor. These picture tubes are the best on the commercial market and can convert even the slightest residual light into razor-sharp images. This makes these devices ideal for airsoft, tactical applications or MIL-SIMs.

PVS (Personal Vision System) night vision devices are known worldwide for their unsurpassed quality, reliability and ergonomic design and were originally developed for use by the US Army.

Quality of the Image Intensifier Tube

This night vision optic features a Gen2+ PHOTONIS ECHO Autogated image intensifier tube in Green Phosphor (P43). These generally have a FOM (Figure of Merit) of 1800-2300. The higher the FOM value, the higher the brightness and sharpness (and the lower the noise). The night vision device has a clean tube so that no green spots can be seen in the image. This means you can see your surroundings in razor-sharp, navy green color. The PVS-14 is also available in ECHO White Phosphor.

Features of the Optics

The AGM PVS-14 has a 26mm lens with a wide 40 degree field of view and focuses from 25cm. The optical magnification is 1x, but an optical lens with 3x magnification is also available as an option. The lens is fully multi-coated to protect against scratches and dirt.

Helmet Mounting and hands-free Operation

You can attach the PVS-14 to various types of helmets using optionally available mounts. A head mounting system - or goggle kit - is also included with this product. This means you can attach the night vision optics to your head and have your hands free. The head system features a flip-up system that allows you to easily and safely fold up the night vision device and keep it firmly in place. It also features adjustable, comfortable head straps and a chin guard with an integrated pad.

AGM Global Vision warrants that products manufactured by AGM Global Vision will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the applicable Standard Warranty Period. AGM Global Vision will repair or replace (at our discretion) the registered product. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by anything which is deemed abnormal, abusive, or improper including but not limited to any fault resulting from failing to properly maintain the product, loss, theft, damage as a result of improper service, modification, disassembly, intentional damage, misuse, or abuse along with ordinary wear and tear. Warranty is voided if the date stamp or serialization codes have been removed from the product. From the date the original end-user purchases a new product from AGM Global Vision or its affiliates or from an authorized reseller, all AGM products properly registered with AGM Global Vision within sixty (60) days of the purchase date are covered by Standard Limited Warranty for the period of 3 Years.
