Battery Disposal
The following information is intended for those end-users who use batteries or products with built-in batteries.
1. Unpaid redemption of batteries and accumulators: Batteries and accumulators should not be disposed of with household waste.
You are legally obliged to return used batteries and used accumulators, so that proper disposal can be guaranteed. You can leave batteries and used accumulators to a municipal collection center or to your place. We, as are a distributor of batteries are obliged to take back waste batteries and accumulators. Batteries and accumulators can be sent back to us or you can leave at the following address free of charge:

2. Meaning of battery icons
Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed out wheelie bin (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries and accumulators should not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries and accumulators containing more than 0.0005 percent mercury, more than 0.002 percent cadmium or more than 0.004 percent lead, the chemical name is mentioned below the garbage can icon. "Cd" stands cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.
