Description

The Leofoto SA-X Series is among the most compact and stable tripods on the market. It impresses with an exceptionally balanced combination of lightweight design, high load capacity, and maximum practicality – ideal for demanding users.

The SA-X "X" version features a newly designed tripod platform with an integrated rosette mount for SA-X rifle heads and an additional 3/8" threaded hole for mounting standard tripod heads. The rosette connection ensures an extremely torsion-resistant link between the tripod and the head.

The redesigned leg stop system has been upgraded from a classic pull lever to an ergonomic knurled adjustment. This allows the leg angles to be adjusted comfortably with one hand – quickly, precisely, and even while wearing gloves.

The SA-X Series was specifically developed for hunters, sports shooters, and long-range shooters who require maximum stability with minimal folded size. Thanks to high rigidity, the tripod also supports unconventional shooting positions and heavy equipment. Three predefined leg angles provide maximum flexibility on different terrains, while the compact design allows for easy transport.

Optimized Leg Angle Adjustment:
The new leg stop system allows for quick one-hand operation. Additionally, a 1/4" accessory socket on the side of the platform is ideal for attaching straps, smartphone holders, anemometers, or rangefinders.

Offset leg connections channel forces directly into the tripod’s strongest areas. This ensures torsion resistance even under heavy load. At the same time, the design results in a particularly compact folded size. Large rubber feet guarantee a secure stance and prevent leg segments from touching the ground – even in very low positions.

The Leofoto MA-40X Rapid Lock Ball Head was specially developed for the SA-X Series. It features both a SA-X rosette mount and a 3/8" standard mount, offering maximum flexibility. The hybrid clamp supports both Arca-Swiss and Picatinny rails.

The ball head includes a sturdy lever lock and a newly developed quick-release system with adjustable clamping force – ensuring secure holding even with heavy setups.
