Description
The black 8x42 Outland X Binoculars from Celestron features multicoated optics, BAK4 Roof Prisms, a wide angle of view, and weather-proof construction with rubber armoring. While the multicoated lenses increase transmission and image brightness, the Roof Prisms made of BAK4 optical glass preserve true colors. The wide 6.8° angular field of view allows you to see a linear field of 357' at a distance of 1000 yards, and the center focus with a diopter allow seeing crisp details as close as 13.1'. The binocular also has a 56-74 mm interpupillary adjustment range, a 5.3 mm exit pupil and 18 mm eye relief.
In addition to optical performance features, the Outlander X presents a number of convenience and construction highlights. The binocular housing is nitrogen-purged water and fogproof, with a smooth black rubberized armoring to ensure a non-slip grip. For easy focusing, there is a large knurled center focus knob and a ribbed diopter ring on the right eyepiece. To accommodate anyone with glasses, the eyepieces have twist-up eyecups. If you want to attach the binocular to a tripod, use the threaded hole under the front center cup with an optional adapter.
Also included with the binocular are a soft neoprene carry pouch, a strap, and protective objective lens cups.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Limitations of Normal Wear and Tear
Product exteriors (rubber or other material) are fully covered for five years against defects in materials and workmanship but small scratches or blemishes are not covered.
Included accessories such as lens caps/covers, eyecups, cases/pouches, and straps are fully covered for two years against defects in materials and workmanship, but are not covered for accidental loss.
Over time, optical coatings may develop small blemishes through normal wear and tear or abuse under various environmental conditions. These are not covered and the determination is at the sole discretion of Celestron.
Other Limitations Not Covered
The basic optical system is covered for the useful life of the product for the original owner.
Collimation and optical alignment issues must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
Loss of the product or of lens caps/covers, eyecups, cases/pouches, or straps are not covered.
