Description
The rain cover for cameras with an attached lens (approx. 70-200 / 300mm) is an excellent protection for your expensive equipment against rain, snow, dust, etc. The camouflage pattern used is coated black on the inside.
Perfect protection and camouflage
The front of the rain cover has an elastic band to which you can attach your lens protector. The other side has a drawstring and a cord stopper so you can attach the rain cover the way you want. We recommend that you spray the lens protector with a waterproofing spray to make it even more weatherproof.
Our rain cover is suitable for a camera with a lens of approximately 70-200 to 300 mm.

Definition: The Water Column of a Tent
The water column indicates the maximum water pressure that a tent fabric can withstand.
A water column of 1,500 mm means that the tent fabric can withstand the pressure
of a 1,500 mm (1.5 meter) high column of water before water penetrates the fabric.
The higher it is, the more waterproof the tent material is.

The water column is also a unit of measurement to measure the watertightness e.g.

DIN EN ISO 811:2018
regulates the method for determining the resistance to the penetration of water.
The following “hydrostatic water pressure test” must be carried out: The outside
of the material is exposed to the water. The water pressure starts at zero, the
water column rises by 100 mmWC or 600 mmWC per minute, depending on the standard.
The time is measured until the third drop can be seen on the inside. The pressure
that is acting at this point in time is then given in millimeters of water column.
Top tents are considered waterproof from 1500 mm
and tent floors from 2000 mm according to DIN.
