Description
The complete FALCON EYES Bi-Color Set includes two dimmable Falcon Eyes Bi-Color LPW-600TD LED lights, color filters (2x white and 2x orange), two FALCON EYES light tripods I-2601 (92-260cm), a StudioKing tripod bag KB122, a Falcon Eyes Case SKB-22 and two storage bags for the LPW-600TD.
The Falcon Eyes Wi-Fi LED light LPW-600TD is dimmable with a power of 49.2W. The panel consists of 820 LEDs that produce a color temperature of 3000 to 8000 Kelvin. The light can be operated via the touchscreen display on the back of the light. You can run it on either AC power or with an optional V-mount battery.
The advantage of LED lights is that both the color temperature and the power can be continuously adjusted. This makes LED lights ideal for animal and baby photography.
Falcon Eyes Light Stand I-2601
You can place accessories with a maximum weight of 6.5 kg on it and vary the height from 103 cm to 260 cm. The Falcon Eyes I-2601 tripods are robust and lightweight, so they easily fit in the StudioKing KB122 tripod bag (internal dimension 120x19x19x19 cm) are to be transported. The Falcon Eyes SKB-22 carrier bag (internal dimensions 56x25x32 cm) can be designed according to your wishes by using the dividers on the inside of the bag.
Wireless Control over Wi-Fi
The light has a Wi-Fi connection that can be used in conjunction with the USB FALCON EYES Wi-Fi Dongle RC-W01 (optional accessory) and the Falcon Eyes App. With your smartphone (iOS or Android) the light output and the color temperature controlled.
In addition to operation via the screen and the rotary knobs on the back, you can also control the light with your smartphone. Free apps are available in the App Store and Play Store. Here are the instructions for setting and handling the Wifi function (only works in connection with the FALCON EYES Wi-Fi Dongle RC-W01):
Single light
1. Download the Falcon Eyes App: The iPhone app can be found here (please copy the link into your browser): https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/desal-sik/id1472685988. Android app: href="https://benel.stackstorage.com/s/2l4tSWyuBtoghLZ.
2. Go to your smartphone's Wifi settings and connect to the network starting with ‘LEDS…’. The password is 'candlehome'.
3. Open the Falcon Eyes app and click 'Click me'.
4. Click on the IP address block, starting with 192.
5. You can now use the slider below to adjust the brightness. You can also adjust the color temperature by swiping the circular disc in the middle.
Multiple lights
If you want to control several lights with the app at the same time, you need a wifi router. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Download the Falcon Eyes app: You can find the iPhone app here (please copy the link into your browser): https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/desal-sik/id1472685988. Android App: href="https://benel.stackstorage.com/s/2l4tSWyuBtoghLZ.
2. Plug in the wifi router to the mains power and keep the network name and password ready. An internet connection is not required.
3. Connect to the Wifi network from your smartphone.
4. Press and hold the light's Color/Reset button until the red light blinks twice in a row.
5. Open the Falcon Eyes app and press 'Click me'.
6. Click on the gear in the top right corner. Then enter the password of your wifi router.
7. The app will now establish a connection. This can take up to 30 seconds. Wait until the red lights of all LEDs light up permanently.
8. Press on a light of your choice.
9. You can now use the slider below to adjust the brightness. You can also adjust the color temperature by swiping the circular disc in the middle.
