Description
Enhance the lighting in your photo and video productions with the updated RX-24TDX. The 3rd generation provides 80% more light than its predecessors. With the compact all-in-one controller, you can control the RX-24TDX III using the built-in control panel, wireless DMX, or the app.
Adaptable Lighting
You have many options to adjust and control the light. For example, you can change the color temperature depending on the ambient light. You can adjust it seamlessly from warm (3,200K) to cool (5,600K). Thanks to the RX-24TDX III's flexibility, you can easily adjust the angle of the light. The included diffusion cloth softens the light, and the honeycomb grid ensures the light shines at a narrower angle. You can dim the light continuously from 0 to 100% for perfectly tailored illumination.
Technical Details
The CRI value is 95, eliminating the need for complex color corrections during editing. The RX-24TDX III's TLCI measurement is even 97. The light is distributed over 440 warm and 440 cool LED beads, which is remarkable. Falcon Eyes uses the latest dual SMD LED beads, offering more light and higher performance. The 3rd generation RX-24TDX III delivers an impressive 220 watts of light output.
Operating the RX-24TDX III
If you work for a production company or as a freelancer, every day is different. One day you might work on-site at a client’s location, and another day in your studio. The RX-24TDX III offers complete freedom in how you control it. In the studio, you can connect the RX-24TDX III to a universal DMX panel based on the DMX512 protocol with a 5-pin XLR connector. Alternatively, you can operate the light with the included controller. The backlit display shows the active settings. If the RX-24TDX III is out of reach or you want to control multiple panels simultaneously, use the app. You can download it for free on your iPhone or Android smartphone and control the RX-24TDX III from up to 20 meters away.
Power Supply
You can use the RX-24TDX III almost anywhere because it operates on both mains power and battery. The controller features a built-in power supply, with one cable connecting the outlet to the controller and another cable linking the controller to the LED panel. These cables are included. If no power outlet is available on location, the RX-24TDX III also works with batteries. Connect two universal V-Mount batteries to the controller to extend runtime. If you don't have V-Mount batteries yet, you can find them under the "Optional Accessories" tab.
