Description
This telescope has been designed as the
ideal travel telescope. The TravelScope is durable and withstands rough handling. It is a quick-to-setup, high-performance telescope that will provide long-lasting enjoyment. Its compact and portable design, combined with excellent optical performance, makes it ideal for both terrestrial observations and stargazing.
The Celestron TravelScope 70 is an excellent small travel telescope with an upright, correct image field, ideal for both Earth and sky observations, thanks to its
backpack. The basic kit includes a
tripod, the 45-degree
Amici prism for correct image orientation, and
two eyepieces (20mm for 20x magnification and 10mm for 40x magnification). With this basic kit, you can observe the Moon and many bright objects such as star clusters, galaxies, and nebulae. The kit is complemented by the essential beginner's book "First Steps with Your Celestron Telescope" (82 pages, author: Alexander Kerste).
