Description
This telescope not only collects more light than the 50AZ, delivering brighter images, but it also features a mount with fine adjustment. This allows you to align the telescope precisely along the altitude axis. The azimuthal mount is perfect for nature observations, but of course, you can also use it to observe the Moon and stars.
Upright image systems ensure that you see right-side-up and correctly oriented images through the telescope, just as you would with binoculars – this is just as helpful for nature watching as it is for stargazing.
The PowerSeeker Telescopes
Celestron PowerSeeker telescopes open the door to the great wonders of the universe. They are designed to offer outstanding value for money for beginners in astronomy.
The telescopes are quick and easy to set up, even for beginners. No tools are required for assembly! The stable equatorial mounts are ideal for tracking planets at high magnifications, and the collapsible azimuthal mounts are perfect for both terrestrial and astronomical observations. All Celestron PowerSeekers come with a complete eyepiece set and a 3x Barlow lens, allowing you to magnify objects over 100 times.
The PowerSeeker telescopes use only optical components made from high-quality glass with highly transmissive coatings for enhanced image brightness and brilliance.
