Description

The new 3rd generation of the ROLLFLEX III features a double bead LED strip that is replaceable to extend the life of the mat. This LED strip can produce an RGBWW light source that enables exceptional lighting possibilities. In addition, overall performance has been increased, resulting in a notable improvement in LUX brightness across all ROLLFLEX III models.

With the magnetic corner holders, the LED mat can be securely attached to any metal surface. In addition, ROLLFLEX III is now compatible with both the Bluetooth remote control app DeSal Lite+ and the wireless DMX remote control. The control box also has an integrated light effect function that simplifies and speeds up the simulation of light scenes.

Flexible Design

The ROLLFLEX III LED flex light was designed with the latest SMD LED Technology (double bead strips) developed that allows them to be rolled and bent through a slim panel housing. It is lightweight, portable and easy to transport, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use as a light source. The ROLLFLEX III is available in different sizes and power levels as well as with DMX control systems and scene effects modes, covering different types of film production.

5 different Modes

The RX-718 III -K1 can be operated in five different modes via the menu or smartphone:

CCT mode: Quick selection of 2800K / 3200K / 4000K / 5500K / 6000K / 7000K; Continuous adjustment from 2500K-9999K
RGB mode: adjustment of the red/green/blue colors from 0-255
HSI mode: hue, saturation and intensity (0 to 100% )
Filter mode: Selection of different colors of L-GEL and R-GEL color gels
Theme mode (subject to change or update): Police car; Ambulance; fire engine; Lightning 1; Lightning 2; HSI (slow); HSI (fast) ; TV; Candle; paparazzi; flash light; High/low beam; Double Flash (Harzard); Collect 1; Collect 2; Breathing; Red Flash; Green Flash; Blue Lightning; RGB Flash
Image Coloring Mode: Allows you to capture or upload an image to the DESAL Lite+ APP to assess the color and adjust the performance to suit your light

Remote Control

The ROLLFLEX III is equipped with a DMX512 system (via XLR 5-pin) and a wireless DMX function. It can be connected to the optional 2.4G DMX control box (TX-WD7) for control at a range of up to 30 meters, and then connected to the DMX console via the standard 3-pin XLR connector to perform a variety of lighting effects. It is also compatible with the DeSal Lite+ app (iPhone and Android) for remote control, with a control range of up to 20 meters.

Each ROLLFLEX III comes with an X-mount so the LED mat can be mounted on a light stand and used as an LED panel. The light modifier grid softbox is included. Extension cables and a selection of connection accessories can be ordered as desired. Most ROLLFLEX III models are compatible with both AC and DC power, making them suitable for both on-location and studio productions.

Integrated Fan

The RX-718 III -K1 has an integrated fan for cooling, which is very quiet. In addition, it only switches on when necessary. At half a meter away, the RX-718 III-K1 produces a noise of 33.5 db. If this is undesirable, you can place the controller further away using a special extension cable (optional accessory).
